Payment Methods

The store uses the secure payment gateway Mollie, which enables fast and encrypted online transactions. The available payment methods depend on the delivery country, the customer’s bank, and the current configuration of the payment provider.

Supported Payment Methods

  • Bancontact,
  • Visa,
  • Mastercard,
  • Maestro,
  • Apple Pay,
  • iDEAL (for customers in the Netherlands),
  • Instant Bank Transfers / Pay by Bank,
  • other payment options offered by the Mollie system depending on the customer’s country and bank.

The availability of payment methods may vary depending on the delivery country, supported currency, and the current settings of the payment provider.

Transaction Security

All payments are processed through certified and encrypted connections managed by Mollie. The store does not have access to payment card data and does not store such information — it is transmitted only to the payment operator.

Mollie complies with the PCI-DSS Level 1 standard, the highest security level used in the financial industry.

Payment Timing

Payment for an order is made upfront during checkout. Only after the transaction is successfully confirmed will the order be forwarded for processing.

In situations such as:

  • an interrupted payment process,
  • rejection of the transaction by the bank,
  • lack of confirmation from the payment operator,

the order will not be accepted for processing.

Confirmations

After a successful payment, the customer receives:

  • an order confirmation,
  • a payment confirmation,
  • information about the start of order processing.

Failed Payment

If the transaction fails, the customer may:

  • try again,
  • choose a different payment method,
  • contact customer support if needed.

The store can only confirm whether the transaction was accepted by the Mollie system. Technical issues and authorization decisions lie solely with the payment provider or the customer’s bank.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Refund operations are processed through the Mollie gateway, and the posting time depends on the customer’s bank — typically 1–14 days.

Currency

All payments in the store are processed in EUR, in accordance with the prices displayed on the website.
