Delivery Information

Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped from our European warehouse and delivered to addresses in Belgium and selected European Union countries. Delivery is carried out exclusively through professional courier services, ensuring safe transport and full shipment tracking.

Delivery Cost

The shipping cost is included in the product price. This means that the customer does not pay any additional fees for delivery, regardless of the quantity ordered or the delivery address (as long as the country is within the available shipping zone).

We do not apply handling fees or any hidden logistical charges.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is:

  • Belgium: 3–5 business days from dispatch,
  • Other EU countries: usually 3–5 business days.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier, destination, and current logistical conditions.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, the customer receives:

  • an order confirmation,
  • a confirmation of processing,
  • a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

The delivery status can be monitored directly on the courier’s website.

Shipment Responsibility

Until the package is delivered to the specified address, OLERO Stone bears full responsibility for the shipment. After collection, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If the packaging shows signs of damage, we recommend:

  • asking the courier to record the issue,
  • filling out a damage report (if supported by the carrier),
  • contacting us immediately at: info.olero@gmail.com.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, we will contact the customer to arrange the next steps. Reshipping is possible; its cost may be charged to the customer.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and up-to-date delivery address. OLERO Stone is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information.
